At Book Deals, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Book is damaged

  • Wrong book delivered

  • Missing pages or printing defect

❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used or damaged-by-customer books

  • Discounted or sale items (unless damaged)


2. Time Limit

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Requests after this time will not be accepted


3. Condition of Item

  • Book must be unused

  • Must be in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is required


4. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear pictures of the issue

  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

  4. Replacement will be shipped after approval


5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side, we will bear shipping charges

  • If return is requested for any other reason, shipping cost will be customer’s responsibility


6. Refund Policy

  • We generally do not offer cash refunds

  • In approved cases, refund may be issued as:

    • Store credit, or

    • Replacement book


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used books

  • Opened or damaged by customer

  • Items without original packaging
